COMUNICAZIONE RELATIVA AL COPYRIGHT DEL SOFTWARE CONCESSO IN LICENZA DA TAS S.P.A. E DALLE PROPRIE CONTROLLATE

Il Software fornito in licenza d’uso ai clienti è opera coperta da copyright di TAS S.p.A., le sue controllate e/o dei relativi fornitori. Il Software è tutelato dalla normativa sul diritto d’autore e l’uso del Software è disciplinato dai termini e dalle condizioni del Contratto di Licenza pattuito con il cliente a fronte di ogni specifica fornitura (“Contratto di Licenza”). Il cliente non è autorizzato a fruire del Software per scopi diversi dall’utilizzo per le finalità per le quali è stato fornito da TAS S.p.A. o dalle sue controllate. E’ vietata la modifica del Software per qualsiasi ragione, la realizzazione di opere derivate dallo stesso e ogni altro utilizzo diverso dall’uso identificato nel Contratto di Licenza. TAS S.p.A. e le sue controllate si riservano di tutelare la proprietà intellettuale del Software in tutte le sedi opportune. Qualsivoglia riproduzione o ridistribuzione del Software che non sia conforme con il Contratto di Licenza è espressamente vietata dalla legge in vigore e può comportare gravi sanzioni civili e penali. I trasgressori saranno perseguiti nella misura massima consentita dalla legge in vigore.

Software provided under license of use to customers is copyright protected work of TAS S.p.A., its subsidiaries and / or its suppliers. The Software is protected by copyright laws and the use of the Software is governed by the terms and conditions stipulated in the license agreement with the customer (“License Agreement”). The customer is not authorized to use the Software for purposes other than those for which it was provided by TAS S.p.A. or by its subsidiaries. It is forbidden to modify the Software for any reason, the creation of works derived from the same and any other use different from the use stated in the License Agreement. TAS S.p.A. and its subsidiaries reserve to protect the intellectual property of the Software in the appropriate fora. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by applicable laws and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
