{"id":8596,"date":"2020-11-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-13T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tasgroup.test\/insight\/news\/tips-diventa-obbligatorio-per-la-reachability-sei-pronto\/"},"modified":"2022-09-20T10:15:01","modified_gmt":"2022-09-20T10:15:01","slug":"tips-diventa-obbligatorio-per-la-reachability-sei-pronto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tasgroup.eu\/it\/insight\/news\/tips-diventa-obbligatorio-per-la-reachability-sei-pronto\/","title":{"rendered":"TIPS diventa obbligatorio per la reachability, sei pronto?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Meno di 11 settimane<\/strong> alla scelta obbligata per tutti i PSP europei riguardo a come rendersi raggiungibili su <strong>TIPS<\/strong>, il regolamento degli instant payments lanciato oltre 2 anni fa dalla ECB ma a tutt&rsquo;oggi scarsamente utilizzato.<\/p>\n<p>Per superare la <strong>frammentazione del mercato<\/strong> che si &egrave; creata nei diversi paesi EU il Governing Council della ECB ha ufficializzato i nuovi obblighi regolamentari che porteranno al &ldquo;reach paneuropeo&rdquo; dei pagamenti istantanei <strong>entro novembre 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Gi&agrave; <strong>entro fine gennaio<\/strong>, dunque tra meno di 3 mesi, tutti i PSP che attualmente partecipano ad uno schema SCT Inst e sono raggiungibili su TARGET2 <strong>dovranno aprire un conto DCA su TIPS oppure scegliere&nbsp; come rendersi comunque raggiungibili anche su TIPS. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non hai ancora scelto come renderti compliant?
