Trade Services
The traditional role for banks in the Trade Services is to assure the economic standing of the commercial adverse party, to allocate advances on the claimed credits and to make the real collection easy.
Changes of the operating processes connected with the availability of technologies and applications for the efficiency of business exchanges and legislative adjustments on the procedural dematerialization require a proactive answer of the financial partners.
TAS supports the banks with a solution of documentary management and electonic invoicing studied for the companies according to the CBI2 standards.
The TAS platform allows:
- The exposition to the end customer of the documentary management in an integrated form in comparison with the financial services of electronic banking
- The functionalities of the active and passive billing cycles supporting the integration with the ERP of the customer-company
- The issue of electronic invoices with the single or massive digital signing and the interfacing with possible providers of Substitutive Conservation
- The multichannel delivery/receipt of non structured invoices and documents
- The invoices register, the authorizing workflow and the management of controversies
- The financial facility management (advance/factoring/…) that the bank wants to activate.
The TAS solution is suitable to work in the auto-consistent modality, for example in a company, or as extension of the application or Corporate Banking offered by the bank of the company, and in this case, natively integrated with the cash management functionality.
TAS is also able to interfacing the platform with the interbank international infrastructure TSU (Trade Service Utility) managed by SWIFT, to allow the bank to develop its own offer, extending it even towards the customers who operate in a contest of exchanges based on international Open Account
