Supply of the dsTAXI Public Governance system, at the base of the ASP-mode service delivered to Public Administrations by Telecom Italia and Value-Team, for the strategic control and business control with related professional support services, as in the Cnipa 4/2006 Bid.
The service gives the PA a comprehensive and effective system of planning and controlling and allows to easily manage the performance measurement system (Brunetta Law).
Ministry of Economy and Finance
Implementation – on dsTAXI platform – of the Management Control system, interoperable with Personnel systems (STP and SIAP) and with the SIRGS of the General Account Office. RTI Deloitte-EDA. Customer the RTI Deloitte-EDA.
Ministry of Education, University and Research
Implementation – on dsTAXI platform – of the Strategic Planning and Control (SIPECS). Customer the RTI EDS-Auselda.
Ministry of Public Works and Transport
Implementation – on dsTAXI platform and with services in ASP – of the integrated system of Strategic Control and Planning (SISTRA), Management Control (SIGEST) and Economic Accounting (SISCONT), interoperable with Personnel systems (SPT and SAP-HR), of Financial Accounting (SICOGE) and with other feeding the volumes of “production”. The customer is IBM. The system of this Ministry has been mentioned as “exemplary case” in the third Annual Report (April 2004) of the CTS for the coordination in matter of Evaluation and Strategic Control in the Administrations of the State. The realized application is present inside the Re-use Catalogue managed by CNIPA.
