It is the module which assures the legal credit (banking, commercial and mortgage) management, starting from the first customer’s requirement to the back office activities, through the approval, the contractualistic printing and the management of the different events which mark the credit life (rises, amortization, renewals, change in bank rate, etc). Besides offering models of your own real estate and rating estimation, it’s possible to interface third party external systems.
You can access to KommerzOffice via internet too: in fact APIA has created an internet portal through which the customer autonomally can ask for and verify a mortgage loan, with the possibility to import data directly into KommerzOffice for the authorization and the subsequent processing.
