In accordance with the Law 196 dated 30.06.2003 on the treatment of personal data, TAS S.p.A., that is responsible for the handling and treatment of personal data, wishes to inform you that all data supplied through the sending of Curriculum Vitae shall be used for the sole purpose of personnel recruitment and selection. The supplied data shall be deemed confidential and may be communicated, with the above mentioned purpose, to other companies in the Group.

The supply of personal data is optional, but the refusal to supply them in all or part shall not allow TAS S.p.A. to continue the recruitment process.

Furthermore, article 7 of the llaw 196/03 confers you the exercise of specific rights. In particular, you have the right to access your data and ask the update, amendment or, if there are legitimate reasons, deletion off the records or block of the usage by sending an email to job@tasgroup.it or writing to TAS S.p.A., Via del Lavoro 47, 40033 Casalecchio di Reno (BO), for the attention of the Human Resources Department.

By supplying your personal data you shall express your consent to use and communicate them, in accordance with the art. 23 of the above mentioned Law and for the above mentioned purposes.
