INTESA is an IBM Group company, leader in Italy in B2B services, providing solutions for networking communication and interaction. Since 2001 INTESA is also a certification agency, accredited and registered in the DigitPA (ex CNIPA) public list and it provides logical security services and digital signature.
The agreement between INTESA and TAS has made possible the development of TREASURY HUB: an innovative communication service with the banking system that integrates and enhances the INTESA’s well-established Corporate Banking services for Italian banks access thanks to the specific features and advantages of TAS SWIFT Service Bureau for foreign banks access.
TREASURY HUB allows a true STP (straight-through process), fast, safe, precise and controlled, between the IT system of the Corporate and the Bank’s one.
TREASURY HUB doesn’t provide only channelling toward banks but can be considered firstly a tool for enterprise compliance: internal approval work flows are implemented to guide and set the proper use of powers of signature (single / double / plafond-related / unlimited) to authorize streams forwarding to Italian and foreign banks.
In compliance with standards such as SOX and L.. 262/05, It’s possible to document in an efficient and effective way the communication processes between Company and Bank.
