TAS Group with DigitPA at ForumPA PA2010
Once again TAS Group took part in the Forum PA2010.
As in the previous edition TAS joined the Province of Rome, organizing a conference with the General Director, on this occasion TAS was hosted at the DigitPA (ex CNIPA) stand, during all the exhibition.
Here TAS experts could explain to visitors, with the aid of a jointly made presentation (link), the product dsTaxiPG, used in the DigitPA agreement currently in force in terms of Public Governance.
Strategic control, business control, accounting and economic analysis, measurement and evaluation of performance, defining and measuring indicators and objectives, survey results, identifying and defining the objects and parameters for structuring organizations and business sectors of the PA: these were the issues in the spotlight, in fact the same issues promoted by the so-called 'Brunetta reform', aimed at the identification and sponsorship of the most valid ways for the correct use of governance in Public Administration.
This is where TAS has gained a solid experience as the supplier of the dsTAXI Public Governance solution, at the base of the service provided in ASP mode to Public Administration by Telecom Italia and Value Team for strategic control, business control and support (in the Cnipa 4 / 2006 tender, and framework agreement of 30.12.2008).
The solution devised by TAS enables a service that provides the PA with a global, effective and uniform system of planning and control and can easily manage the performance measurement system (Brunetta Law).
Currently, institutions such as the Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport, the Ministry of Arts and Culture, the Ministry of Health use dsTaxi Public Governance.
Other important central and local authorities are interested in buying this solution and the ongoing talks hint at new positive developments.
