History

1982		In 1982, the year of incorporation, TAS - Tecnologia Avanzata dei Sistemi S.p.A. undertakes the development of specific software for financial services.
1983 1999		In the following years, it imposes itself on the market by offering IT solutions to banks and financial intermediaries, and undergoes rapid development in the growing area of electronic processing for stock exchange order management.
2000		In 2000 TAS is listed on the Nuovo Mercato of the Italian Stock Exchange and it acquires the French company Atsat, now renamed TAS France.
2003		In 2003 acquires 75% of APIA S.A., a Swiss company, and extends its activities to the automation of banking processes, credit supply, management and control. By 2007, TAS increased its holding to 100%.
2005		In 2005 the TAS S.p.A. majority stake is acquired by NCH S.p.A..
2006		In 2006 NCH assigns its operational divisions and its stakes in DS Taxi, DS Supporti Direzionali e Strategici and DS Finance companies to TAS, thus significantly extending its offer range in Europe.
2007		In 2007 the TAS majority stake (67,276%), is sold by N.C.H. (currently C.I.B.) to Audley Capital Management Limited. Following the mandatory takeover bid, Audley Capital Management Limited holds 88,5% of equity, controlled through TASNCH Holding S.r.l..
2009		In 2009 TAS starts operating in South America through its Brazilian subsidiary, TASAMERICAS, which is SWIFT regional partner for Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay.
